Tilak Varma seems to have followed his teammates Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah's footsteps, as he recently got a new haircut ahead of the Asia Cup 2023.

The youngster showed off his new look at the saloon, where Bumrah also received his haircut a few days ago.

Tilak Varma, who impressed one-and-all during his debut tour of the West Indies earlier this month, has now caught everybody's attention due to his trendy new hairstyle.

Aalim Hakim, the celebrity hairdresser who also gave Jasprit Bumrah a hair makeover a couple of days ago, shared a short video on his Instagram page featuring Varma showing off his new haircut.

Last week, Varma was among India's 17-player squad for the Asia Cup 2023 in Sri Lanka. The cricketer retained his spot in the side owing to his splendid run during the T20I series in West Indies earlier this month, which also marked his first set of international fixtures for Team India.

He will be accompanied by senior pros Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah and captain Rohit Sharma as the Indian team sets off to Sri Lanka for the tournament.

The 'Men in Blue' will launch their campaign with a match against arch-rivals Pakistan on September 2. The much-awaited fixture is slated to be played out at Kandy's Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

Varma will look to leave a notable mark in the competition to make an impression in time for the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 in India later this year.
