In a lighthearted and playful moment off the cricket field, Saachi Marwah, the spouse of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) player Nitish Rana, showcased her cricketing skills by hitting her husband for a pull shot during a friendly face-off with KKR teammates.

KKR has left no stone unturned this IPL 2024 season to solidify their position into the top four slots of the points table. Moreover, RR's latest loss propelled KKR to No. 1 in the highly competitive tournament.

That being said, KKR are not playing their next game until this Saturday and the team is using these off-days to rewind and rejuvenate from the hectic IPL 2024 schedule. 

In the latest off-field team bonding activity, KKR played tennis ball cricket on a turf where Nitish Rana's wife, Saachi Marwah, decided to challenge her husband. She armed the bat and challenged Nitish to bowl to her. 

Nitish Rana was lenient early on, but Saachi took him to the cleaners, which forced him to place Harshit Rana in the catching position.  

However, Saachi Marwah showcased her cricketing skills to slam yet another impressive shot. Meanwhile, an amazed Nitish accepted defeat as his wife rejoined her dominance on the turf.

For the KKR family, moments like these are cherished reminders of the special bond that unites them as they pursue their dreams on and off the cricket field.

Nitish Rana, meanwhile, is still recovering from a thumb injury and has continued to remain on the sidelines. However, as the IPL 2024 season nears its business end, vice captain Nitish is expected to regain fitness in time for the playoffs.
