Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma was recently featured in the Bollywood song of the upcoming sports-based drama "Mr. & Mrs. Mahi." This film has added a unique element by featuring one of the sport's most celebrated figures in order to promote the movie ahead of its release.

That being said, Bollywood is set to produce yet another cricket-based drama with a film titled Mr & Mrs Mahi, which is scheduled to hit the theatres later this week. 

The fictional film featuring actors Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor as leads, delves into the lives of a couple who share a deep passion for cricket.

The movie explores their journey through several ups and downs of their personal and professional lives, highlighting the challenges and triumphs faced by female athletes. 

Moreover, with cricket being an integral part of the storyline, the producers decided to include real-life cricket superstar like Rohit Sharma to enhance the film's appeal and realism.

Days ahead of the film's release, a song titled 'Agar Tum Ho' was released on YouTube, and it featured Indian captain Rohit Sharma as well. The lead actors were seen celebrating Rohit's ton at a dinner table and were struggling to control their excitement as passionate cricket lovers.

Indeed, Indian captain Rohit Sharma's presence in the song is likely to draw cricket fans to the movie, adding to its anticipation ahead of the May 31 release.

Notably, the film's lead actress, Janhvi Kapoor, also attended the IPL games to promote the movie earlier this month.
