MS Dhoni and Deepak Chahar were seen at PVR Sathyam Cinemas, Royapettah last night, catching the Malayalam movie 'Manjummel Boys,' a blockbuster in Tamil Nadu. 

Dhoni and Chahar were spotted at Sathyam Movies in Chennai, where they caught a screening of "Manjummel Boys," the latest sensation in Malayalam cinema. 

Despite its Malayalam origins, the film has been creating quite a buzz in Tamil Nadu, even outperforming numerous Tamil biggies this year. 

Intrigued by the hype surrounding the movie, Dhoni decided to experience it firsthand with his teammate Deepak Chahar. Interestingly, since there is no dubbed Tamil version available, they opted to watch the original Malayalam version together.

After their victory against RCB, CSK players took a well-deserved break. Dhoni, wanting to unwind, planned to catch a movie. However, fans spotted the 'Thala' and started chanting his name, reminiscent of Chepauk stadium. 

Dhoni's fanbase in Tamil Nadu rivals that of any cine hero. Enjoying a cult status in Chennai, he relishes the adoration more here than anywhere else in India.

CSK is gearing up to face Shubman Gill's Gujarat Titans on Tuesday night, marking the second game for both teams. Gujarat will first clash with Mumbai at home tonight. CSK is delighted that Pathirana is rejoining the squad despite injury concerns. 

Pathirana played a pivotal role in last year's title win. Even with Mustafizur Rahman being in good touch, CSK eagerly anticipates the return of their top pacer Pathirana. CSK also have Shardul Thakur, who was unused in the last game.
