While Virat Kohli is a force to be reckoned with on the cricket pitch, his off-the-field innings are equally noteworthy. The Indian cricket icon launched an eatery, One8 Commune, in the famous Juhu bungalow formerly owned by the legendary singer Kishore Kumar.
Kohli has transformed this singer's house, Gouri Kunj, into a stylish, sunlit restaurant that combines cricket nostalgia with musical heritage.
The interiors are chic yet warm with a glass roof that floods the space with natural light, giving it a relaxed, beachside vibe.
One8 Commune Juhu outlet prices revealed
But what really caught the internet’s attention is the menu and the prices. According to Zomato, steamed rice costs ₹318, a tandoori roti or baby naan is ₹118, and a mascarpone cheesecake will set you back ₹748.

Even pet food makes an appearance on the menu, ranging from ₹518 to ₹818. The restaurant’s offerings are diverse. It ranges from plant-based meals to seafood and grilled delicacies, there’s something for everyone.
But the highlight is the “Virat’s Favourites” section, which mirrors his vegetarian lifestyle. Dishes like tofu steak, mushroom dumplings with truffle oil, and a superfood salad are featured as his personal picks.
With outlets already in Delhi, Kolkata, Punjab and Pune, this Juhu venture marked the brand’s expansion into Mumbai’s elite dining scene.
Virat Kohli is now a full-fledged entrepreneur
Off the field, Virat Kohli has built an impressive business empire beyond cricket. He co-owns the fashion brand WROGN, runs the restaurant chain One8 Commune, and launched the fitness venture Chisel.
Kohli has invested in startups like Rage Coffee and Blue Tribe Foods. Recently, he backed Indian sportswear startup Agilitas Sports, turning down a huge Puma deal.
