From his legendary discipline to viral workout videos, Virat Kohli’s obsession with fitness has turned him into a wellness guru alongside being a cricketing behemoth. Ahead of India’s high-octane ODI series against England, King Kohli is back to prove why his abs deserve their own fan club.  

Virat Kohli Steams Up Net Session With Abs-Check

Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, along with the Indian squad landed in Nagpur on Monday and it seems like Kohli didn't miss any opportunity to grind for a grand comeback. A recent photo from a steamy net session in Nagpur sent social media into meltdown. Kohli was seen checking out his abs amidst a tough net session. 

Kohli's jersey was soaked in sweat, biceps glistening, and Kohli pulled up his jersey through which his testament of fitness was glistening in rock solid form like a flexing superhero mid-flight. 

Kohli Eyes Redemption In ODI Series

However, the last few months haven’t been all sunshine and sixes for Kohli. During the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Kohli struggled, managing just 190 runs across nine innings. The slump followed him to Delhi’s Ranji Trophy clash against Railways, where he fell for a dismal 6 runs, sparking online criticism. Few wondered if age was catching up, but fitness freaks knew better that this was just a blip, not a burnout.  

Now, redemption is on the menu as the India vs England ODI series, kicking off in Nagpur on February 6 is Kohli’s chance to roar back. With three matches lined up Pune, Cuttack, and Ahmedabad, all eyes will be on whether his determination translates into runs. A stellar performance could also make his Champions Trophy 2025 a stellar comeback stage, which is set to light up Dubai from February 20.
