After taking over Mumbai, the extravagant wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is now all set to carry on to London in the coming week. They will be joined by Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma.

The duo was among the most notable names absent during the lavish week-long wedding festivities at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex. 

The event was graced by various dignitaries from all over the world, and even quite a few cricketers like Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, etc., were a part of the celebrations.

It left fans wondering why the power couple was not seen at the innumerable ceremonies; however, according to reports circulating online, the Ambani family is set to host a lavish reception in London, and Virat and his wife Anushka will join them there.

However, in a surprising turn of events, reports suggested that Kohli and his family have shifted their base from India to London; he departed less than 24 hours after arriving in India following team India's T20 World Cup 2024 victory, leaving fans and the media curious about the sudden move.

Kohli, who recently announced his retirement from T20Is, will likely be seen back in action in September when India plays a two-match Test series against Bangladesh.
