Tinder Couple Celebrates First Date With Team India's Victory Parade; Pics Go Viral

A Tinder couple's first date became unforgettable as they celebrated it with thousands of fans and the heroes of the Indian cricket team, who won the World Cup by beating South Africa in the final at Barbados.

Yashi Verma posted pictures on social media and captioned it with a laugh, saying how her date outdid everyone else's dinner and movie plans. 

She captioned the tweet with  “My Tinder match got me taking flying kisses from Kohli at the victory parade. Best first date ever.”

She referred to the moment when the open bus carrying the Indian team passed by and Virat Kohli blew kisses to the crowd. "Best first date ever," she added. 

After the parade, the Indian team headed to Wankhede Stadium where further celebrations took place, similar to the 2011 ODI World Cup victory under MS Dhoni.

Earlier, after arriving in Delhi Tuesday night, the Indian team met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi before moving on to Mumbai for the celebrations.
