The laughter never stops on The Great Indian Kapil Show, and the latest behind-the-scenes clip shared by Kapil Sharma himself on YouTube is proof. Featuring Indian cricketers Yuzvendra Chahal, Rishabh Pant, Abhishek Sharma, and Gautam Gambhir, the segment offered entertainment along with some surprisingly candid revelations.

Chahal Picks Rohit Over Virat For Temperament

One of the most talked-about moments from the clip was a cheeky discussion about temperaments on the cricket field. When host Kapil Sharma asked the group whose anger is more dangerous between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, Chahal was quick to respond.

“Rohit Sharma’s anger is more dangerous,” Chahal said without hesitation, prompting an outburst of laughter from everyone present.

While the statement was clearly made in a lighthearted tone, it gave fans a glimpse into the dynamics of the Indian dressing room, where both Kohli and Rohit have earned reputations for their passionate personalities on the field.

Later in the segment, Sidhu brought up a memorable incident involving Sunil Gavaskar and Rishabh Pant. The former cricketer had criticized Pant on air, calling him "stupid, stupid, stupid" for throwing away his wicket at a crucial moment. Rather than taking it to heart, Pant chose to turn the criticism into an opportunity.

"We were just sharing love,"Pant smiled, as he recalled starring in an advertisement.

Cricket, Relationships, And Comic Relief

The mood stayed playful when Kapil turned the conversation toward relationships. He posed an amusing question to Chahal: what’s harder to predict -a bowler’s delivery or a girlfriend’s mood?

To Kapil’s surprise, Yuzvendra Chahal confidently responded, “It is more difficult to predict a ball thrown by a bowler.” His unexpected answer drew a stunned reaction from the host, prompting Chahal to gently ask Kapil to move on to the next question.

Not one to miss a comic cue, Navjot Singh Sidhu interjected with a trademark zinger:

“This means he is an expert in other things more than cricket.”

Chahal's Personal Life In The Spotlight

The spotlight briefly turned to Chahal’s personal life. The cricketer, who married actor and influencer Dhanashree Verma in 2020, parted ways with her earlier this year after five years of marriage. While neither has publicly discussed the separation in detail, Chahal has since been rumored to be dating RJ Mahvash, with the two spotted together on several occasions.
