On the flight, Dhoni was spotted with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni and daughter, Ziva Dhoni. A Bengaluru family was travelling on the same flight and were thrilled yet nervous to approach him for a photo. Sakshi Dhoni’s warm and kind gesture eased their hesitation, creating a heartwarming moment that quickly went viral on social media.

Nethra described the encounter as "sakshi mam was so humble she spoke to us like we are close to them🥺🙈 such a down to earth family ❤️🧿…..My daughter was bit scared to go and sit with MS Dhoni sir bcz sir was wearing mask😷 and sakshi mam was like he is very scary n he scares me also 🤭so she is not going to him😀…"

MS Dhoni will be seen in action in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 as he has been retained by IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as an uncapped player for 4 Crores on October 31. The last time he was seen was in IPL 2024, the star batter scored 161 runs in 14 innings with a blistering strike rate of 220.55.
