Ahead of the second T20I between India and Australia in Melbourne, a hilarious video of India’s star trio Shubman Gill, Arshdeep Singh, and Abhishek Sharma has gone viral on social media. The clip shows the young stars sharing a light-hearted moment at the airport.
After the rain-hit first T20I in Canberra and the match was called off, the Indian team flew to Melbourne for the next clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on October 31.
Punjabi Trio’s Airport banter goes viral
During their travel, Arshdeep Singh recorded a funny video teasing Abhishek Sharma over his bright and colourful bag. In the clip, Arshdeep can be heard jokingly asking Abhishek if his bag is a "limited edition" piece, making Shubman Gill burst out laughing.
The funniest part? The bag had the letters 'LV' (Louis Vuitton) written on it, apparently written with a pen. The trio chatted in Punjabi throughout the clip, with Gill seen laughing out loud and Arshdeep behind the camera. Abhishek Sharma’s bag, decorated with stars and splashes of pink, white, and red over a green background, certainly stood out.
As the soon as the video went viral, fans started sharing the clip on social media. Arshdeep’s funny comments and Gill’s laughter made the short video an instant hit. Many fans shared the fun-loving, brotherly bond between the three Punjab boys.
India will next face Australia in the much-awaited 2nd T20I of the five-match series. The game is scheduled for October 31, 2025, at the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) stadium. Since the first game was washed out, fans will want the weather to be clear for the second encounter. The third game will be played on November 2, followed by the fourth and fifth matches on November 6 and November 8, respectively.
