Hardik Pandya's fitness is clearly visible in his strong core and well-maintained physique. As the saying goes, working out is only a small part of the game, diet plays the biggest role in staying fit and healthy. Essentially, India’s star all-rounder follows this principle as he shared his diet plan during a brand collaboration with Plix.

Hardik Pandya Gives A Sneak Peek Into His Daily Diet

Taking to his Instagram handle, Hardik Pandya gave fans a glimpse into his daily meals. He revealed that he starts his day with 500ml of water before hitting the gym, emphasising that hydration is essential for the body.

For breakfast, Pandya opts for a light yet nutritious mix of nuts, seeds, and fruits. In the video, he says, "For the breakfast smoothie I like to have sunflower seeds, oats, avocado, almond, banana and almond milk." The smoothie offers 30 grams of protein and around 650 calories.

Before revealing his lunch, Pandya mentions that he always counts his calories as an athlete. A few seconds later, he admits that he "loves Indian food" and shares his lunch menu of jeera rice, palak, and daal, a combination that adds up to 550 calories and 24 grams of protein. After practice, the cricketer enjoys a bowl of oatmeal, which packs 600 calories and 28 grams of protein.

Pandya Ends The Day With Hearty Meal

For dinner, Pandya chooses a wholesome tofu meal, which contains just 530 calories and 24 grams of protein. The plate includes Asian greens, brown rice, and tofu, which he describes as the "perfect meal" for him.

Nevertheless, as Pandya unwinds following a modest IPL 2025 season, his disciplined diet shows how he maintains peak fitness. With India’s Asia Cup campaign beginning on September 10, Pandya is expected to rely on this routine as he aims to reclaim his spot in the Playing XI.
