The cricketing world has witnessed many strong bonds between players over the years. On Sunday, January 4, a heartwarming moment involving Hardik Pandya’s girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma, and Rohit Sharma’s son Ahaan caught the attention of fans and media alike.

Mahieka was seen sharing a warm and playful moment with the toddler as she exited Jamnagar airport with Hardik Pandya, alongside Rohit Sharma and his wife, Ritika Sajdeh.

As the group walked out of the airport, Ahaan was in Ritika’s arms when Mahieka Sharma waved at him with a broad smile, delighting the child. As the kid responded to Mahieka, she got awestruck with the response. The candid moment was captured by paparazzi stationed outside the airport, and the clips soon went viral on social media.

Ahaan Sharma was born to Ritika on November 15, 2024, and is Rohit Sharma’s second child after their daughter Samaira, who is six years older than Ahaan.

For those unaware, Mahieka Sharma has been closely associated with Hardik Pandya in recent months. The former husband of model Nataša Stanković made his relationship with Mahieka public in October 2025, and the latest airport visuals only highlighted the growing bond she shares with people close to Pandya.

Hardik Pandya and Rohit’s upcoming stints

On the cricketing front, Hardik Pandya is set to miss the upcoming ODI series against New Zealand due to workload management. He has been rested alongside Jasprit Bumrah as part of preparations ahead of the T20 World Cup 2026.

Rohit Sharma, meanwhile, is set to return to action in India’s next ODI assignment after a long break. The former Indian captain enjoyed an impressive run in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for Mumbai and will look to carry that form forward when India face New Zealand in the first ODI on January 11.
