'Fatty Editing His Stomach': Fans Speculate Rohit Sharma Of Photoshopping His Pictures

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, alongside star batsman Virat Kohli and wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul, has commenced preparations for the upcoming One Day International (ODI) series against Sri Lanka.

Ahead of the first ODI, Rohit Sharma shared pictures of his net sessions in Sri Lanka, aiming to showcase his readiness for the series. Simultaneously, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also posted images of Rohit practising in the nets.

Eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed a difference between the two sets of images. They pointed out that Rohit Sharma appeared to have edited out his tummy in the pictures he uploaded, which was visible in the BCCI's photos. 

The comparison went viral on social media, with fans trolling and commenting on the discrepancy. One user mockingly wrote, "Fatty editing his stomach."


India's tour of Sri Lanka began on July 27 with a T20 International (T20I) series. The Indian team secured a convincing 43-run victory in the first T20I and followed it up with a seven-wicket win in a rain-affected second T20I. The final T20I match is currently being played at the Pallekele International Stadium.

The T20I matches are being held at the Pallekele International Stadium, while the ODIs will take place at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The three-match ODI series is scheduled for August 2, August 4, and August 7.
