Former India batter Shikhar Dhawan and leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal have once again taken social media by storm- this time with a royal twist that has left fans guessing and laughing on social media. 

Earlier this week, Dhawan posted a cryptic photo with Chahal on Instagram with the caption “Naya kuch aa raha hai”, triggering speculation across platforms. Was it a new brand collaboration? A quirky reel? Or something even bigger?

Now, the buzz has intensified. On Wednesday, Shikhar Dhawan shared an Instagram story that added more layers to the mystery. In the visual, he and Chahal appear in majestic, king-like costumes complete with velvet robes, and crowns. The story was captioned: “Ek maha-yudh… par sirf hasi ke liye!” (A great battle… but only for laughter!)

This has sent fans into a frenzy. The dynamic duo, known for their lively bond and humorous online presence, have clearly cooked up something that showcase their fun-loving personalities.

After the story went viral, Social media was quick to react. From memes comparing them to characters from Baahubali to jokes about a cricket-themed Game of Thrones.

On the other side, Yuzvendra Chahal, who had a strong performance in IPL 2025, has also been in the limelight for his personal life. His name has been linked with RJ Mahvash, a popular content creator and radio jockey.

The two were recently seen together at a Champions Trophy match, and Mahvash has openly praised Chahal’s IPL form.
