On Tuesday, Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, took to social media to shower love on her brother, Arjun Tendulkar, as he celebrated his 25th birthday. With a heartfelt post, Sara shared a collection of adorable pictures and a video, giving fans a glimpse of their close sibling bond.

In her Instagram post, Sara wrote, “Happy 25th birthday to the baby of the house and the centre of our universe. Love you and always proud of you.” 

This simple yet touching message highlights the special connection they share. For those who don’t know, Sara and Arjun are the only children of Sachin Tendulkar, with Sara being the elder sister. As the older sister, Sara has been a constant support for Arjun throughout his cricket journey, especially during the high-stakes matches of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Arjun Tendulkar’s Impact In IPL So Far

Arjun Tendulkar has been making his mark in the cricket world since he made his Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy debut for Mumbai in 2021 against Haryana. Known for his unique curved run-up and ability to bowl genuine outswingers, he’s been turning heads with his skills on the field. 

In the 2021 IPL auctions, the Mumbai Indians recognised his talent and signed him at the base price of INR 20 lakh. Fast forward to the 15th season, and they brought him back for INR 30 lakh. 

So far, in his IPL career, Arjun has played five innings, taking three wickets with an average of 38.00. While his batting hasn’t been as highlighted, he’s managed to score 13 runs at a strike rate of 144.44.
