The India-Pakistan Champions Trophy clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium is under full sway and is a full-blown entertainment extravaganza. As fans worldwide tuned in for the high-voltage match, Bollywood and Tollywood royalty graced the stands, turning the stadium into a glittering hub of glamour and excitement.

While Pakistan opted to bat first in the match and is swerving the challenges with a good grip on the match despite early setbacks, several celebrities were spotted in the stands who came to witness the rivalry.

Celebrities Grace Dubai Stands

Leading the starry entourage was Bollywood fashion icon Sonam Kapoor, who was seen cheering passionately for Team India with her husband Anand Ahuja. 

Adding Tollywood’s grandeur to the mix was the legendary Megastar Chiranjeevi. The Telugu cinema titan, dressed in a black suit, cap and aviators was spotted gobbling the match intensity. 

From Pakistan's side, star singer Atif Aslam who is also known for his hit numbers in Bollywood was also spotted arriving at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium to enjoy the match.

The India-Pakistan cricket rivalry has long been a magnet for celebrities, blending national pride with edge-of-the-seat drama. For these stars attending the match isn’t just about loyalty but more of a cultural moment. 

Notably, Renowned filmmaker Sukumar, the director of Pushpa, arrived with his family to witness the highly anticipated match. Sporting blue jerseys, he was accompanied by his wife, Thabitha Hamsini, along with their children, Sukriti Veni Bandreddi and Sukranth.

Besides these celebrities, India's rising T20 stars Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Varma were also spotted in the stands who came to witness the match.

With the star studded galleries India eyes a starry show with the bat as Pakistan have already made up for the losses they made earlier in the game.

Pakistan Rebuilds After Early Losses

Meanwhile, in the match, Pakistan opted to bat first and at the time of writing, Pakistan stands at 137/2 after 31 overs. Pakistan lost two early wickets but has since stabilized, thanks to a solid partnership between Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan.

India struck early with Hardik Pandya dismissing Babar Azam for 23, caught behind by KL Rahul. Shortly after, Axar Patel's brilliant direct hit ran out Imam-ul-Haq for 10, reducing Pakistan to 47/2 inside 10 overs. However, Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan have steadied the innings with a crucial partnership, adding 90 runs so far.
