Babar Azam seems to be enjoying his maiden LPL stint with Colombo Strikers this season. The Pakistani batting legend unleashed a match-winning 59 in only his second game of the tournament, and was fittingly adjudged as ‘Player of the Match’ for his efforts.

Ahead of Colombo Strikers’ next challenge against Dambulla Aura, the 28-year-old sat down for a fun candid interview with his franchise. In a minute-long video shared by the Strikers across their social media platforms, the opening batsman can be seen answering multiple-choice questions to reveal his personal choices.

A day prior to Colombo Strikers’ much-awaited clash against Dambulla Aura, the franchise shared a minute-long video involving their overseas star Babar Azam.

In the video, the opening batsman honestly, and rapidly, gives his pick between any two given options presented in front of him.

In the meantime, the Strikers are fearing up to face Dambulla Aura at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. The match is scheduled to be played on August 5, and marks the third outing for the franchise in the ongoing competition.

Strikers will subsequently face Galle Titans and Jaffna Kings at the same venue, before they shift base to Colombo for their remaining fixtures of the season.

The batting veteran is also primed to resume his international duties through the upcoming ODI Asia Cup in Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
