Athiya Shetty Shares Heartfelt Message For KL Rahul Post Exceptional Century vs PAK

India's star batter, KL Rahul, scored an incredible century on his international comeback. Fans are delighted to see KL in some action; they galore praise; so does his newlywed wife, Athiya Shetty.

India's rain-hit match against Pakistan saw two brilliant centuries coming from the bats of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul. For the fans, the most satisfying one would be Rahul's one. After coming back from a long injury layoff, the Bangalore boy smashed a brilliant hundred against the likes of Pakistani bowlers. 

Not only did Rahul celebrate this knock, but also his close family members were in great joy to see him perform. 

Sharing the joy on social media, Athiya Shetty shared an adorable, affectionate post for her better half, captioning it, "Even the darkest night will end, and the sun will rise... (emoji) You are everything. I love you #1". 

To which Rahul replied, writing "Love You". 



After Rahul's heart-winning knock, a list of celebrities, including Ayushmann Khurana, Tiger Shroff and his own father-in-law Suniel Shetty, wished the Indian keeper. 

Prior to the Asia Cup 2023, Rahul had to put in hard yards to regain his full fitness. He also missed the Group-stage matches as he joined the team ahead of the Super-4 stage. However, after a brilliant outing against Pakistan, the 31-year-old had an off-day at the office against Sri Lanka as India tumbled out for 213 on Tuesday.
