Team India is gearing up for the highly anticipated Champions Trophy 2025, and ahead of the tournament, the players participated in an official photoshoot in Dubai. On their way to the studio, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja had a fun conversation inside the car, reminiscing about their long journey in ICC events.
Rohit, known for his vast experience in international cricket, revealed that this was his 17th media day for an ICC tournament. He humorously listed the tournaments he had played in—9 T20 World Cups, 3 ODI World Cups, 2 Champions Trophies, and 2 World Test Championships—before jokingly adding,
"17 baar bulaya unlog ne ye sab karne." (Translation: "They have called me for this 17 times.")
During the photoshoot, the team unveiled their new tri-colour jersey, which prominently features ‘Pakistan’ imprinted on it. Alongside the photoshoot, players were honoured with special recognitions.
Several stars received their T20I and ODI Team of the Year caps, while Arshdeep Singh was seen proudly holding his ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year award. The behind-the-scenes footage, shared by the BCCI on social media, gave fans an exclusive look at the team’s preparations and lighter moments.
