After an exhilarating finish to the three-match ODI series between West Indies Women and New Zealand Women, the focus now shifts to T20Is, with the two teams set to lock horns in the first of the three matches on Wednesday (September 28) at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.
New Zealand Women completed a 3-0 series sweep against West Indies Women after their batters eke out a four wickets victory in the final ODI. The White Ferns will now look to stamp their authority in the shortest format as well.
Speaking of West Indies Women, the Hayley Kristen Matthews-led side would be looking to put their recent blemishes in ODIs behind them and start the T20I series on a fresh note.
All in all, the three-match T20I series promises to be a cracking one with New Zealand Women looking to continue their domination in white-ball cricket and West Indies Women anticipating a comeback.
