The third season of the SA20 is upon us. The T20 league from South Africa garners a lot of interest among the Indian cricket fans as six IPL franchises are the prime stake holders in the tournament. 

The upcoming edition of the tournament will kick of the high-octane clash between the Sunrisers Eastern Cape and the MI Cape Town. Besides these two teams there are four other teams, namely - Joburg Super Kings, Pretoria Capitals, Paarl Royals and the Durban's Super Giants. 

One might mistake the first match of the tournament between Eastern Cape and the Cape Town as a lopsided affair. This is because the two involved teams have quite contrasting history. Most of the matches in SA20 2025 will start at 9:00 PM IST or 5:30 PM SAST. However, some of the games are scheduled for 4:30 PM IST or 1 PM SAST, while a few games are scheduled at 7 PM IST or 3:30 PM SAST. Toss will take place 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
