As the celebrations were underway after the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) secured their third IPL trophy by defeating the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in a one-sided final of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL), Rinku Singh created a video in which he called his fellow KKR teammate Anukul Roy "Bihari."

Amidst the jubilation in the KKR dugout, Rinku Singh decided to try his hand at vlogging with teammates Nitish Rana, Anukul Roy, and other members of the KKR squad. 

He took the camera and enthusiastically asked fans to like, subscribe, and press the bell icon to stay updated with his content. 

In the viral video, Rinku was seen introducing people around him, but what caught everyone's attention and left them in splits was how he introduced Anukul Roy.

In a heartwarming moment after the game, Rinku was also seen hugging KKR co-owner Shah Rukh Khan and expressing his joy, saying that God’s plan had finally come to fruition.

The KKR southpaw had a subdued IPL 2024 season. With the bat in hand, the southpaw could only manage to score 168 runs at a strike rate of 148.67 . 

Due to the dominance of the top order, he didn’t get much time at the crease and struggled to deliver the desired results when he did get a chance to bat. 

He was not included in the preliminary 15-man squad for the T20 World Cup but will be traveling to the USA as a reserve player. Since the IPL is done and dusted, Rinku will fly out to the US to participate in the T20 World Cup 2024.
