Virat Kohli is one of the legends of the game and it is not only because of his batting but it is his all-round persona - his fitness and commitment both on and off the field. However, in the game against PBKS at Mohali, we saw a rare moment when Virat Kohli dropped Jitesh Sharma in the final delivery of the 17th over when PBKS needed 32 in 25 balls.

It was a full toss by Harshal Patel and Jitesh Sharma tried to tonk it over long on. However, Sharma only managed to get the elevation and not the distance he desired and the ball went high in the air towards wide of Kohli at long on. Kohli who seemed to have judged it well also had Suyash Prabhudessai in the crease who came running in from deep mid-wicket but Kohli eventually went for the catch and ended up dropping it. PBKS got two runs from that over but that did not cost RCB heavily as they went onto win the game bny 24 runs courtesy a brilliant four-wicket haul by Siraj.

RCB posted 174 on the board on the back of a fifty by Faf du Plessis and in reply, PBKS kept on losing wickets at regular intervals and ended up on a losing side despite a late cameo by Jitesh Sharma.
