Batting legend Virat Kohli will enter the 2023 World Cup as one of the senior-most members of the Indian team. As players from all competing nations brace themselves for the impending cricket carnival, Kohli recently dazzled with an uplifting team song performed by prominent Indian singer Yashraj Mukhate.

Virat Kohli features in Too Yumm! Ad for World Cup 2023

Virat Kohli, who frequently endorses Indian snacking brand Too Yumm!, recently featured in a World Cup 2023 ad for the distinguished company. In the commercial, the cricketer can be seen being approached by prominent Indian singer Yashraj Mukhate.

While the two exchanged a hilarious conversation with each other, Mukhate went on to perform his song “Cup Laayega India!!!” with Kohli.

Virat Kohli will start out the World Cup 2023 event at home as one of the most senior members of his team, alongside captain Rohit Sharma and ace all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin.

Notably, Kohli lifted the coveted trophy the last time it was held in India, back in 2011.

As of now, the ‘Men in Blue’ are slated to launch their 2023 campaign with a match against Australia on October 8. Their much-awaited bout will be hosted by the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

The Indian team will subsequently face Afghanistan in Delhi and arch-rivals Pakistan at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on October 14.
