In a significant development, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has hit the nets in preparation for the upcoming International Master's League 2025. It is a delight for cricket fans to see arguably the greatest of all time turn back the clock and hit a few strokes in the nets.
Notably, Tendulkar will return to the cricket field after a long time as he will partake in the upcoming IML 2025 set to begin from February 22. Not only will he play in that tournament, but also lead India. Talking about his practice session, Sachin Tendulkar looked in great touch as opted for net bowlers to help him prepare for the upcoming tournament.
The master blaster was timing the ball well and played his classic shots straight down the ground and towards the square of the wicket. Watch the viral training ground video.
A few days ago, Mumbai Indians too had posted a video on their social media platform featuring Sachin and his training session ahead of IML 2025.
What Is IML 2025 In Which Sachin Tendulkar Will Play?
The IML 2025 will feature six countries- India, Australia, West Indies, England, South Africa, and Sri Lanka Masters, where the cricketers, who have bid adeiu to the game will take part in the month long tournament.
India Masters will lock horns against Sri Lanka Masters in the first match of IML 2025 at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai on February 22.
