[Watch] Sachin Tendulkar Arrives In Ayodhya For Ram Mandir Consecration Ceremony

Legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has arrived in Ayodhya to participate in the Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha Ceremony scheduled for Monday, January 22. The consecration ceremony is expected to commence at 12:20 PM and conclude by 1:00 PM.

Following the arrivals of other teammates Venkatesh Prasad and Anil Kumble on Sunday, Tendulkar, widely hailed as the 'God of Cricket,' is now the third prominent cricketer to reach Ayodhya. 

In various video clips, the Master Blaster can be seen surrounded by hundreds of fans seeking a selfie with the legendary cricketer. The former India opener managed to reach his car just outside the newly-built Ayodhya airport.

The temple, adorned with intricately sculpted depictions of Hindu deities, gods, and goddesses, features a main sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor with the idol of Shri Ramlalla, depicting the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram. The event is poised to witness the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, Governor Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Several notable names from Indian cricket, including MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma Mithali Raj, Harmanpreet Kaur, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin also received invitations for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony. According to some reports, Kohli is also expected to attend the Ram Temple ceremony, as a clip of his convoy in Ayodhya surfaced on social media on Sunday. The authenticity of the clip remains unconfirmed.

Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal and Indian Olympic Association president PT Usha were spotted at Mumbai airport on Monday morning, en route to Ayodhya for the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ram Lalla. The owners of Mumbai Indians, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, also arrived to attend the historic event.
