Modi Congratulates India And Dravid After World Cup Win
Notably, it was India's first T20 World Cup win since 2007, when they lifted the title in the inagural edition under the leadership of MS Dhoni. They had never won an ICC cup since 2013, and hence, the victory in Barbados meant a world to them.
India, meanwhile, won't have the services of Rahul Dravid any longer, as he initially decided not to continue the job following the T20 World Cup 2024.
