Piyush Chawla recently shared a heartwarming video on Instagram, where he and his seven-year-old son Advik were seen playing cricket indoors in their living room. The video, which quickly captured the hearts of fans, showcased Advik's impressive spin-bowling skills. 

Playing inside their house, the adorable kid managed to outsmart his father’s defences on several occasions with prodigious turns, and he exhibited his prowess in both leg-spin and off-spin.

The adorable post received a lot of attention as fans and followers commented on the post and appreciated the father-son duo's delightful engagement in the game they both love and enjoy.

The cricketer got married in a grand ceremony in Moradabad with Anubhuti Chauhan in the presence of close friends and family members on November 29, 2013. On March 24, 2017, the couple was blessed with a son Advik. 

Taking about cricketing career, Piyush Chawla had a commendable season with the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024. Although he was a regular in the lineup the previous season, this year he played in 11 matches, and took 13 wickets with an average of 24 and a strike rate of 16.15, while he maintained an economy rate just shy of nine. 

Renowned as one of the most seasoned leg-spinners in Indian cricket, Chawla has also begun exploring commentary, although he has yet to hang up his boots.
