New Zealand opener Devon Conway, who is also a part of the Chennai Super Kings franchise in the IPL, met a CSK fan in Hamilton, where the Kiwis faced Pakistan in the second T20I game. 

In the video recorded by fans, Conway also used the CSK slogan 'Whistle Podu'. Coming across the CSK fan, Conway showcased his love for the franchise using a couple of Tamil words, which surprised the fan.

The southpaw from New Zealand has been nothing short of an impeccable gun for the Chennai Super Kings, even for the Texas Super Kings, which is also a CSK-based franchise in the Major League Cricket of the USA.

While playing for CSK, Conway has already amassed 924 runs in just 22 innings. In the 2023 season, the left-handed batter was among the tournament's top scorers with 672 runs in 15 innings and became a key player in CSK's run to their fifth IPL title.

After New Zealand's win over the Pakistan team in the second T20I, Devon Conway went on to make his fans happy by signing a few autographs, where he encountered a CSK fan. When Conway found out that they support CSK, Conway can be seen saying, "Nice Video Machan". 

It left the fan surprised, and then he also showed his love for the CSK team by quoting the slogan 'Whistle Podu'. 

In the ongoing T20I series against Pakistan, Conway has been unable to score runs and would look to turn things around in the remaining three games. He will also be seen playing in the Yellow very soon, whether in the IPL or the second season of the Major League Cricket.
