Pakistan began their three-match Test series against Australia by holding a training camp at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on Thursday. Among the attendees was Babar Azam, who recently resigned as the country's captain across formats.

The 29-year-old appeared to be having a great time in the middle. In fact, he gave one of his teammates, Saud Shakeel, a ‘cool’ nickname while they were practicing catching. And the name, which he sang in a humorous way, was ‘chota don’.

Shakeel, 28, recently played for Pakistan in the recently-concluded World Cup 2023, where the Men in Green had an upsetting campaign throughout the competition under Babar's captaincy, having failed to qualify for the semi-finals. In spite of the outcome, Babar appeared to be in a joyful mood, as he seemed to have moved on since giving up on the captaincy.

For those who are unaware, Chota Don is a well-known character from the Bollywood movie Partner.

After relinquishing the captaincy in a relatively short amount of time, Babar will be looking to make more impact as a batsman going forward. Following the World Cup, the 29-year-old will have his first significant assignment in Australia, where he will play in a three-match Test series beginning in Perth on December 14.
