Virat Kohli, the star Indian batter and one of the fittest and dedicated cricketers in the world opted out of the first two Tests against England due to personal reasons recently. Since then, there have been plenty of speculations regarding what his personal reason is, and one of them is that his mother's health condition is not well. 

Now, a post on social media handle, X has emerged where a person is claiming that Virat Kohli's mother is suffering from a liver issue and is bit serious this time.

An account with the name of Waleed bin Abdul Az revealed that Virat Kohli's mother Saroj Kohli was admitted in the CK Birla Hospital in Gurgaon in September 2023. However, the family wanted Kohli to concentrate on World Cup that time as his mother was discharged from the hospital this time.

However, he revealed that her condition is serious this time, and Kohli needs to be with her. Whether this information is correct or not, can be still debated but it is for sure that there is some serious stuff that is going on in Kohli's life, otherwise he would have not missed important Test matches against England.
