The wicket-keeper batter has made the best use of the handful opportunities that have knocked on his door, not only did he lead the batting attack but also sparkled behind the wickets with three sensational catches. And for the same he was awarded his maiden 'Man of the Match' award in international cricket. 

Samson has represented India in just six ODIs and 16 T20Is up till now.
