In a significant update in the ICC men’s player rankings, India’s Rohit Sharma has returned to the top spot for ODI batters, while Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza has become the No.1 ranked T20I all-rounder for the first time in his career.
Raza has been in excellent form for Zimbabwe during the ongoing tri-series involving Sri Lanka and hosts Pakistan, earning him the career-high ranking in the T20I all-rounder list.
Meanwhile, in the ODI rankings, Rohit Sharma has reclaimed the No. 1 position from New Zealander Daryl Mitchell. Mitchell had to miss the last two matches of New Zealand’s ODI series against the West Indies at home, resulting in a drop in rating points and allowing Rohit to overtake him.
