Sri Lanka Legends will be eyeing their third win in a row when they take on South Africa Legends in the 10th match of the Road Safety World Series (RSWS) 2022 on Sunday, September 18. 

Having won both their games so far, Sri Lanka Legends are comfortably sitting at the top of the league table with 4 points. Led by Tillakaratne Dilshan, Sri Lanka Legends beat England Legends by 7 wickets in their last match. In their opening game, they swatted aside Australia Legends by 38 runs.

South Africa Legends, skippered by Jonty Rhodes, have three points from as many games and are placed 4th on the points table. Their most recent fixture against England Legends was called off due to rain. Prior to that, they thumped New Zealand Legends by nine wickets in a one-sided affair.

Heading into their third match, while Sri Lanka Legends will look to maintain their stay at the top, South Africa Legends will be eager to register a victory in order to further advance their rankings in the points table.

• Andrew Puttick smashed a phenomenal half-century against New Zealand Legends in the previous match. Overall, he has got 74 runs from two matches at an average of 74 and a strike rate of 123.33.  
• Sanath Jayasuriya bowled a match-winning spell in the last match against England Legends, picking up a four-wicket haul while conceding just three runs in his four-over spell.
