Rizwan Climbs 2 Places; Bracewell, Sears Gain Big In Latest ICC Rankings

In a significant development, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed the men's player rankings. New Zealand's Michael Bracewell has been rewarded with crucial rating points for his recent exploits in international cricket. 

Gill Retains Number 1 Spot; Bracewell Leaps Big In All-Rounder Rankings

While stylish Indian batter Shubman Gill retains his first position in the batter rankings, Pakistan mainstay Babar Azam continues to claim the second spot with 766 rating points. Meanwhile, prominent New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell is the biggest mover, having gained significantly in the ICC rankings for all-rounders. 

Bracewell, who struck 85 runs, including a half-century, and bagged two wickets in the three-match series, made a progress of two slots, entering the top five of the all-rounder rankings. 

Ben Sears Climbs 64 Places In Bowlers Rankings

Meanwhile, Bracewell's New Zealand teammate Ben Sears has moved 64 places up in the ODI bowler rankings following his sensational spell against Pakistan in the home ODI series. Sears, who dismantled the Men in Green with a clinical five-wicket haul at Bay Oval, claimed ten wickets in just three matches. 

Rizwan Jumps 2 Places In ICC Batter Rankings

On the other hand, Pakistan's ODI captain Mohammad Rizwan has made a progress of two positions, thanks to his decent performance in the New Zealand ODIs. Rizwan, who scored 72 runs in the series, now claims the 21st spot on the list of elite ODI batters.
