In the current DY Patil T20 Cup 2024, representing Income Tax, wicketkeeper-batter Anuj Rawat blasted a hundred, propelling Income Tax to a massive score of 238/4 in just 20 overs, with Rawat smashing an unbeaten 116 runs off 57 balls.
Rawat’s dazzling knock was braced with 14 boundaries and four towering sixes. His stellar performance ensured Income Tax secured a thumping 40-run victory over Bank of Baroda.
Here, it’s worth mentioning that Anuj Rawat's performance in the last IPL season for Royal Challengers Bangalore fell below par, with only 91 runs across nine matches. His highest score for RCB was an unbeaten 29 runs.
