Legendary Australia Cricketer and former captain Steve Smith has high hopes for Virat Kohli in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024.

Smith predicts Kohli will be the tournament's leading run-scorer, crediting his brilliant form in the recently concluded season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024).

Kohli dominated the IPL 2024, scoring a whopping 741 runs in just 15 matches. This impressive performance has convinced Smith that Kohli will carry this momentum into the global tournament.
