MS Dhoni To Announce Retirement? CSK Ask Fans To Wait After RR Match At Chepauk

MS Dhoni is 42-year-old and the man is most probably playing his final IPL season, so the excitement whenever he has been spotted this season on the faces of his fans has been a sight to behold. 

The 61st match of IPL 2024 between CSK and RR is his last game at Chepauk, if he does  finally decide to retire, and CSK do not qualify for the playoffs. The question though is, when will MS Dhoni declare that he will retire? 

The speculations are that he will do that after the CSK-RR game, as it will be fitting to announce it in front of the passionate Yellove Army at Chepauk.


CSK's Message For Fans -

So, it would be quite a news if he does that, but the other thing that is possible is the lap of honour as CSK did after their final home game in IPL 2023.

Amidst all these, CSK need to win the game against Rajasthan Royals to keep the chances of qualifying for the playoffs in their own hands, and it would be interesting to see how Ruturaj Gaikwad and co. tackle the might of powerful Rajasthan unit.
