MS Dhoni was seen sporting his vintage long hair while endorsing traditional fitness start-up Tagda Raho.

The former Indian cricketer is set to enthrall his fervent fanbase once again next year, as he was recently retained by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season. With Dhoni bringing back his iconic long locks, one can expect him to appear for CSK in IPL 2024 next year while sporting the same look, possibly marking his last competitive season for the franchise.

MS Dhoni brings back iconic long hair

Legendary Indian cricketer MS Dhoni brought back his iconic long hair for an endorsement gig for fitness start-up Tagda Raho. Mere days after getting retained by the CSK franchise for the IPL 2024 season, the 42-year-old was spotted donning his emblematic look, one which he sported during his initial years of competitive cricket.

Earlier this year, MS Dhoni led the CSK franchise to their fifth IPL title win during the 2023 edition of the tournament. While several cricket experts speculated his title-clash outing would be his final appearance on the field, the 42-year-old himself hinted at the possibility of playing one more IPL season for the sake of his fans.

As it turns out, the cricketer will indeed be donning CSK’s iconic yellow jersey once again next year, considering he recently became one of the 19 players to be retained by the franchise. Here is a look at a list of all 19 cricketers retained by CSK for the IPL 2024 season ahead of the auctions:

MS Dhoni, Moeen Ali, Deepak Chahar, Devon Conway, Tushar Deshpande, Shivam Dube, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Ravindra Jadeja, Ajay Mandal, Mukesh Choudhary, Matheesha Pathirana, Ajinkya Rahane, Shaik Rasheed, Mitchell Santner, Simarjeet Singh, Nishant Sindhu, Prashant Solanki, and Maheesh Theekshana.
