In a heartfelt act of admiration and respect, fast bowler Mohammad Siraj has displayed Virat Kohli's last Test match jersey in a special place in his home. The photo posted on social media shows how much Siraj values the relationship with the former India captain.

Kohli, who recently retired from Test cricket, played his final game in Sydney during the fifth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. That day, both teams had sported pink-themed jerseys to support Glenn McGrath’s cancer foundation.

Recently, a picture of Mohammed Siraj chilling at his home has gone viral on social media. In the background, there is a special Test jersey belonging to Virat Kohli, framed and hung on the wall.

The jersey’s initials are pink in colour, which hints at the fact that it is Kohli’s last jersey worn in Test cricket. For Siraj, an avid fan of Kohli, this jersey symbolises more than just the end of an era. It stands for inspiration, leadership, and a legacy that continues to guide the next generation.

Kohli Hails Siraj’s Heroics In Epic Oval Test Win

Former India captain Virat Kohli was proud after India’s stunning comeback victory over England at The Oval on August 4. He took to social media to celebrate the win, giving a heartfelt shoutout to Mohammed Siraj, whose fiery spell on Day 5 sealed the match for India.

After having to defend a mere 35 runs, Siraj briskly tore through England's lower order to take 5 wickets, including 3 on Day 5. His partnership with Prasidh Krishna turned what looked like certain defeat into an unforgettable triumph.
