Rashid Khan is arguably the best bowler in white-ball cricket currently and he has ruled franchise cricket all over the world with his crafty spin-bowling. He has been a marquee player in the IPL as well and is a key player for the defending champions, GT now.

In the ongoing game between MI and GT, he once again showed his class when his team was under the pump after the onslaught by MI openers. MI scored 61 runs in the Powerplay and looked set for a big total but Rashid then staged a fightback with a wicket on the first ball after the Powerplay. It was the wicket of Rohit Sharma who was looking good till then and in the same over, Rashid got rid of other opener, Ishan Kishan to get GT right back in the game. He followed it up with another big wicket of Nehal Wadhera in the 9th over and  from 61-0, MI were reduced to 88-3.

In the process, Rashid Khan also got to his 550th T20 wicket which shows his class and his ability to take wickets in varied conditions. At the time of writing, MI are 116-3 in 12 overs and they would be looking to get over 200 on a high-scoring ground like Wankhede.
