Glenn Maxwell is one of the finest white-ball players that have played for Australia and has enjoyed some great rivalry with India and England players. Now, with India and England slated to tour Australia, the cricketer shared his combined ODI XI of India, Australia and England.

No England player in Maxwell's Big 3 combined XI

The Big Show, as Maxwell is fondly featured on Fox Cricket YouTube channel and made some bold choices among the legends of the game. The XI had a rule that Maxwell could select only a maximum of five Australian players, leaving other spots for India and English players. However, Maxwell made an interesting move and did not select even a single England player in the ODI XI of the big 3.

Rohit Sharma and Sachin Tendulkar were selected as openers, which means that quality batters like David Warner, Matthew Hayden, and Adam Gilchrist from Australia missed out. At number 3, he included another India, and this time one of the finest in ODI cricket - Virat Kohli. At number 4, he went with the former Australian captain Ricky Ponting, while one of the best finishes in the world, Michael Bevan was selected at five.

MS Dhoni, Watson selected over Buttler and Ben Stokes

The all-rounder spot went to Shane Watson over Ben Stokes and other stars, while MS Dhoni took over the position of the wicketkeeper. It means that even Jos Buttler could not find a place in Glenn Maxwell's ODI XI.

Maxwell selected Anil Kumble as his only spinner over his teammate Adam Zampa and other legends. Out of the three pacers - two are Australians. Glenn McGrath with his accuracy and Brett Lee with his raw pace and genuine wicket-taking ability. From India, Jasprit Bumrah finds a place, which means Glenn Maxwell did not select even a single Englishman.

The XI shows how much Glenn Maxwell respects Indian players and their impact on ODI cricket. England is also a quality side, but the players from Australia and India have better numbers, and hence Maxwell decided to keep English players completely away from his big 3 combined ODI XI.
