List Of Cricketers Invited For Ram Mandir 'Pran Pratishtha' Ceremony Ft. Virat Kohli & Rohit Sharma

As Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh gears up for the sacred Ram Temple Pran Pratistha (consecration) on January 22, numerous dignitaries are invited to partake in the grand ceremony in the holy city. Invitations are being extended to well-known figures in India's sports arena, with iconic names like Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, and Virat Kohli among those invited to participate in the event. 

In a consecration ceremony presided over by Prime Minister Modi, an idol of Lord Ram, one of Hinduism's revered deities, will be revealed inside the temple's sanctum, reaching millions through the broadcast.

The event is set to host over 7,000 attendees, encompassing high-profile politicians, celebrities, and cricketers flying in from different corners of the country to participate.


List of cricketers invited for Pran Pratistha Ceremony

India's batting legend Sachin Tendulkar was the first cricketer to officially receive an invitation for the Ram Mandir 'Pran Prathistha'. Following him, cricketers such as Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, R Ashwin, Mithali Raj, and others were also extended invitations. 

Rahul Dravid, the former captain of India and current head coach of the men's national Indian cricket team, has been included in the list of invitees for the grand event. Gautam Gambhir, the former Indian opener and current BJP MP, also received the invitation.

Notably, as a prelude to Monday's consecration ceremony of the Ram temple, the Ram Lalla idol, crafted by sculptor Arun Yogiraj from Mysuru, was placed inside the sanctum during Friday's rituals.
