Bumrah Castles MI Batter With Trademark Yorker
Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah showcased excellent form ahead of the high-voltage MI vs RCB clash. In a video released by MI's official handle on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Bumrah could be seen bowling full tilt in the net session.
In the video, Bumrah starts his run up and goes on to bowl a magnificent yorker that outfoxes the batter with the utmost precision, shattering his stumps.
Bumrah, known for his exceptional death bowling skills, thus looks all set to pose serious threat to the Royal Challengers on his maiden IPL 2025 outing.
MI Relieved By Bumrah's Return In IPL 2025
It's worth mentioning that Jasprit Bumrah missed MI's first four IPL 2025 matches due to a back injury that he sustained during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy earlier this year. He couldn't bowl in the last innings of the SCG Test before the injury sidelined him from the Champions Trophy.
However, despite missing Bumrah, MI have done quite well with the ball, with the likes of Hardik Pandya, Deepak Chahar and Trent Boult stepping up to the occasion. Nevertheless, Bumrah's comeback has definitely boosted their combination, allowing them to form a robust lineup for the RCB encounter.
