The epic battle between India and Pakistan has begun, and the stadium is jam-packed to be a part of this historic game. The Indian ace batter Virat Kohli forgot to wear the specialised World Cup jersey and came onto the field wearing the white-striped jersey.

Both of the teams have won their first two games and are coming into this game with a winning momentum. India and Pakistan are facing each other for the eighth time in the ODI World Cups. Team India have won all the seven World Cup games against Pakistan.

Virat Kohli has amazing records against the Pakistan team and his highest ODI score of 183 also came against Pakistan. In the three World Cup meetings, Virat has scored 193 runs including one century, which came in Adelaide in the 2015 World Cup and one half-century in Manchester during the 2019 World Cup.

Virat Kohli comes out wearing the wrong jersey

The jersey sponsor of the Indian jersey, Adidas has made specialised tri-colour jerseys for the World Cup games. In the ongoing game against Pakistan, Virat Kohli comes out wearing the white-stripped jersey instead of the specialised World Cup Jersey.

He himself realised that he wore the wrong jersey and indicated to the Indian captain Rohit Sharma that he accidentally wore the wrong jersey and wanted to go and change. Earlier, he was wearing a full-sleeved T-shirt and now he has changed and wearing a tri-coloured half-sleeved T-shirt.

Despite being in an excellent position at one moment, the Pakistan team lost the post as they have bundled out for 191 after being 155-2 when Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan were present at the crease.
