The big-hitting South African batter Heinrich Klaasen and leg-spinner Amit Mishra have been fined by the match referee for breaching the Indian Premier League's (IPL) Code of Conduct during the match between SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) that happened at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad.

Heinrich Klaasen who was in red-hot form with the bat smashed 47 runs but after the conclusion of the first innings, he commented on some decisions that didn't go in their favour causing the governing body to take strict action against him by fining 10% of his match fees.

He was sanctioned under Level 1 Offence of Article 2.7 which relates to public criticism / inappropriate comment.
