Indian cricketer Hanuma Vihari, amidst a brewing controversy with the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA), has agreed to join veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin on his YouTube channel, Kutty Stories. The 30-year-old responded to Ashwin's invitation in Telugu, sparking excitement among fans.

Vihari, a veteran of 124 First-Class matches for Andhra and 16 test matches for India, made his decision to appear on Ashwin's show after revealing that he was forced to resign as captain of Andhra's Ranji Trophy team.

He alleged that his dismissal stemmed from a confrontation with the team's '17th player', Prudhvi Raj KN, who happens to be a politician's son. Vihari vehemently denied making any offensive remarks and expressed his decision to never play for Andhra again.

In response, Prudhvi Raj KN refuted Vihari's claims, accusing him of playing sympathy games. The controversy escalated as Vihari shared a signed letter from teammates expressing support for his captaincy reinstatement.

Ashwin, fresh off a triumphant performance in the ongoing test series against England, hinted at the upcoming conversation with Vihari on his YouTube series. Fans eagerly anticipate the discussion between the two cricketers, who share a strong bond dating back to their historic partnership in the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2020–21.

Vihari's decision to step away from Andhra cricket has sent shockwaves through the cricketing community, considering his status as one of the team's most seasoned players. His allegations against the ACA have raised concerns about player treatment within the association.
