Babar Azam is known for being exceptionally humble on and off the field. Hence, the 29-year-old, who has a razor-sharp batting technique, already has a huge fanbase worldwide.

As Pakistan are ready to face Australia again on Tuesday (December 26) for the second of the three-match Test series at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Babar, on the eve of the contest, proved again that his characteristics have not changed for a little.

Pakistan, under the leadership of newly-appointed Shan Masood, suffered a humiliating 360-run defeat against Australia last week in Perth. While the visitors are looking forward to seeing a special knock from their ‘King’, he seems to be in a very normal mood. In fact, the way he had a conversation with Australia’s captain Pat Cummins and veteran opener David Warner, whose moments surfaced on social media, won many hearts.

Unsurprisingly, there were plenty of talks going around as soon as those pictures went viral on social media. While many expressed that Babar should have concentrated on his batting more instead of wasting time with them before the do-or-die Boxing Day Test, the other half lauded his aura, which he carries all the time.

Babar made 21 and 14 across both innings in the first Test at Perth Stadium. Therefore, to level the series 1-1 before the focus shifts to Sydney Cricket Ground from January 3 onwards, he needs to deliver significantly for his side.
