British Formula One driver Lando Norris surely knows how to drive, as the 24-year-old recently fashioned a near-perfect cover drive pose in front of the cameras. Racing under the British flag for McLaren, Norris won the 2024 Miami Grand Prix in Florida, USA.

Notably, Miami was also subjected to a T20 World Cup 2024 promo tour, as organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on the day of the Grand Prix.

In light of the occasion, Norris as well as Australia’s Oscar Piastri posed with the T20 World Cup 2024 trophy shortly after the race.

Former Indian all-rounder and 2007 World T20 winner Yuvraj Singh attended the Miami Grand Prix in Florida as part of ICC’s promotional initiative for the forthcoming T20 World Cup event.

In lieu of the promotional event, 2024 Miami Grand Prix winner and England national Lando Norris expressed his love for cricket by posing alongside the T20 World Cup 2024 trophy with Australia’s Oscar Piastri.

Moreover, Norris also posed in front of the cameras while channeling a near-perfect cover drive at the race track.

Interestingly, Florida is also slated to serve as one of the three United States venues to host T20 World Cup 2024 matches in June. The Central Broward Park at Lauderhill will be hosting four matches of the tournament, including one involving India and another involving Pakistan between June 11 and June 16.

The T20 World Cup 2024 itself is scheduled to launch on June 1 in Texas with a match between Canada and tournament co-hosts USA. The 20-team event will conclude with the final on June 29 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
